"Poor"
We were told we would have a two bedroom suite and instead we got a regular two bedroom. The woman said that it wasnt a pet friendly room, but I could have it anyway and when I went in it smelled of old, stale, cigarettes, and dog urine. The room was dirty and I took a towel and cleaned up the bathroom floor because it looked in so there was urine all over the floor.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our tandem and upgraded us free of charge. They were also allowing emergency personnel based across the road to come and have breakfast and top up with coffee free of charge during the forest fire crisis. I have nothing but praise for this motel.

They had a free simple breakfast items available. The fridge was nice. Towels and sheets were clean. The shower had recently been renovated. HOT WATER!

Staff was super nice & helpful. Room was really clean. Room was on the smaller side but everything was in good condition. They had coffee & muffins out for breakfast. Pet-friendly with a super convenient grassy area out front for pups to do their business. Felt safe taking my dog out at night. Wifi worked well!

This is a charming motel, which has not been modernized, but has a great deal of character as a result. The room layout was unique, and the place is very well kept. The staff were welcoming and professional.
